VEMA Trader does not charge fees on trades.

Any Fees charged on Live trades will be passed on directly from the exchange or broker the trade is taken with.

Any Fees "charged" on paper trades will be these same exchange fees added to make paper trading results far more accurate.

Outside of VEMA it's extremely common for people to devise Paper Trading Strategies that are "profitable" only to find when they go Live, fees ignored when testing destroy any profits their strategy might have had (Ask Richard about his Billion dollar ETH Bot).
