2022/05/13 - v1.0.11 - "Not enough Margin" warning

☀️ Improvements

• We now prevent or warn users from creating impossible to enter trades based on insufficient margin.
  
  • When Account Margin Used estimate > 100%
    • A new error message will be displayed advising the highest possible account risk you can use
    • VEMA will block this tradeplan from being setup

• • When Account Margin Used estimate is between 85% and 100%
    • A new warning message will be displayed advising whet account risk should be set to reduce the likelihood of an exchange rejection
    • VEMA will not block this tradeplan from being created, be aware though that it may risk being rejected by the exchange due to dynamically changing leverage.
