Scalp mode - batch cancel

Given the volume of trades you can pump through VEMA with a scalping strategy, I'm not reviewing each individual trade as there's little to review. It's a numbers game, not a strategy refining game.

I've got 60 trades waiting for review, and I'll normally just use the 'cancel' option from the dashboard, which requires clicking on the ellipsis and selecting 'cancel' 60 times. 

Would be super handy to have the option to multi select trades from the dashboard and batch review or cancel to move them out of the dashboard in bulk.

  Just noticed that the 'cancel' option is now 'review' - makes more sense. Another refinement to this process would be to have a 'don't ask me again' prompt on this alert:

  I figure a 'select all' tick box at the top of the list, and then a tick box next to each one. That way you can 'select all' and then unselect other trades that you do actually want to review. I have a lot of scalps but then have some other strategies that I will want to review separately. So I would want to untick those before hitting the review button.
