Allow change from paper to live trade without recharting

Hi all,

I would like to see a feature where, if you chart up in the live or paper mode, you can then change to the other without having to re-chart.

You would be able to do this through the dashboard, view then under the action tab have enter or change to live trade.

  Or the ability to copy to a new plan.
