Ability to resize sections of VEMA

The left panel is taking up a lot of space.

I know I can collapse it completely but would love the ability to resize it so it's still there, still one-click for add trigger (As opposed to two if I collapse). There are probably some other sections that would be useful to resize for users but the first time I've wanted to.

  definitely need to be able to resize things.
  especially for people with decent monitors
