Vema smart stop mouving up option.

Is it possible to introduce an option check to tell the smart stop to move up only the first step? Ofeten happen that after hitting the 2TP, the price does a sharp drwan down to retest the previous support, which is usually a TP and then the price keep moving upward. in those cases I loose part of the trade because of this sharp movement. 

I know it exist the candle close stop but it doesn't work along with the smart one, which would be awesome if it could.
