"Account Risk" setting for all trades
AnsweredThere are some hours or days where all my trades are making money, and there are other times when they all lose money. For instance, I usually lose money on Fridays. Currently I have to manually kill all my trades on Thursday night. I can also use the "Expiry Date" condition on each trade for this. Problem is that on Saturday I have to start from scratch and reconfigure all my trades which is a lot of work. Also this prevents me from collecting trading data for Analyser to see what happens in the market during this time. Wouldn't it be nice to have a single "Account Risk" setting to update all the trades at once. On Thursday night I would change Account Risk from 1 to say 0.1, and then on Saturday I would change it back to 1 for any trades that survived Friday and are still in monitoring mode. This would limit my losses on Friday, and also allow me to collect Analyser data and track the market. Why stop trading on Fridays altogether, when you can just limit your risk, and still get exposure to any possible Friday opportunities.
