Ability to "import" open positions from my exchange

Example - I open a position via my exchange not VEMA because i cant get to VEMA to do the full thing and i'm greedy and want to get in the trade. I then go to the VEMA dashboard and hit SYNC. I goes into my exchange account and pulls over all my open positions which i can now see on my dashboard. I can now put in proper stops and take profits etc and monitor the trade with VEMA. VEMA imports as much useful info as it can  - Strategy (omitted), SL if one has been set, Entry price (TRIGGER?), TP if configured, Date/Time, PNL, RR calculated somehow?
